After graduating from the University of Toronto and receiving his Honours Bachelor of Arts in English and Sociology, Joncarlo joined a leading global recruitment firm, developing the firm’s legal recruitment division. In 2017, Joncarlo started Forge Recruitment, a Canadian national recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment of legal and accounting professionals. Forge Recruitment has earned a ranking on Canada’s Top Growing Companies list and has been certified as a Great Place to Work in consecutive years.
Joncarlo started BAIR Partners in 2024. With over a decade of experience networking with law firms and accounting firms, Joncarlo has cultivated an extensive network of business owners and legal and accounting professionals across Canada.
